- Adopts state-of-the-art charge & discharge testing technology to prevent interference with the BMS system.
- Allows for the customization of charging and discharging rules.
- Takes a wide voltage design and built-in multiple charging and discharging modes to meet the voltage and current requirements of various battery pack modules, ensuring safety while enhancing charging and discharging efficiency.
- Safety Protections: Provides warning alerts for reverse polarity, high temperature, overcurrent, fan malfunction, high voltage, and excessive current to safeguard hardware safety.
When the detection tool indicates an issue with the internal cells of the battery pack, technicians typically replace the entire module (as repairing individual cells is challenging and time-consuming, hereby ref. to EVB624/ELB300 for cells balancing). After replacing the module, the EVP711 can be used for balancing. Once the voltage of the module is consistent, it can be installed into the vehicle.During the balancing process with the balancer, it may take a considerable amount of time to complete. In such cases, you can use the EVP711 to charge the battery module first. When the voltage levels are approximately equal, use an equalizer(such as EVB624/ELB300) to balance the cell voltage consistency. Combining the use of the equalizer and the charge&discharge tool improves repair efficiency.Specifications:Power input: AC90-264V,Group Terminal Voltage Accuracy:≤±(0.5%FS+0.3V),resolution:0.01VSingle Cell Voltage Accuracy: ≤± (0.1%FS+5mV), resolution: 0.01VTest Current Accuracy:≤± (1%FS+0.2A), resolution: 0.1ACharging&Dsicharging Voltage Range: DC 2~400VCharging Current Range:0~100A, maximum power: 4.4kwDischarging Current Range: 0~100A, maximum power 7.2kwData Communication:RS485Display: 10.1′ LCDCharging Control: Constant current charging + constant voltage chargingDischarging Mode: Constant current dischargingDimensions: 551*349*598 (mm)Package includes:1pc x main unit1pc x temperature and voltage acquisition box1pc x AC power cord(include UK/US/EU/AU)1pc x AC power cord(single-phase three wire)1pc x DC test cable-positive(Red)1pc x DC test cable-negative(Black)1pc x network cable1pc x voltage acquisition cable(12P)1pc x voltage acquisition cable(13P)1pc x User manual1pc x Packing list
